Wolf Trap is a performing arts center just outside of DC. When they decided to update their Web site, they needed a writer who could think strategically about how to organize the content and ensure that everything reinforced the organization's new brand. They also needed someone who could interview and interact with staff at every level to develop and traffic content. I wrote, selected photos for, and managed layout of more than 90% of the content on their Web site.

This site was the culmination of a long engagement with Foundations of Success (FOS), one of the environmental field's most well-known organizations for measuring the impact of conservation around the world. I led a branding workshop for staff, interviewed donors and partners, developed all new language to describe FOS's mission and work, and worked with a photographer/designer to build this mini-site. They had a very small budget, so the stories on the first two tabs are either audio or photo-based. For tabs three and four, I personally interviewed some of the top experts in conservation and then drafted quotes for them to approve. The site has been a successful tool for fundraising and partnership-building.
